Our Return to Play Services are intended to bridge the gap between where you currently are in your recovery process to where you’re feeling and performing at your best.
Are you an active individual that is not currently experiencing an injury but think you would benefit from periodic maintenance treatments? Have you recently been discharged from physical therapy, but are still recovering from a surgical or non-surgical injury? Sometimes, insurance companies will stop covering your physical therapy costs when you have reached your visit limit or treatment is no longer deemed "medically necessary." If this sounds like you, we encourage you to take advantage of our self-pay rates to continue receiving manual therapy and therapeutic treatment when you need it. Talk to a staff member to discuss if this is a good option for you.

BLOOD FLOW RESTRICTION TRAINING
Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) is a training strategy involving the use of cuffs placed around a limb during exercise, to maintain arterial inflow to the muscle while preventing venous return. BFR can be used with resistance training, or with other modalities, including walking.
Evidence suggests resistance training with BFR might improve muscular power, sprint running speed, and endurance. In addition, non-resistance training methods (like walking) with BFR can cause hypertrophy. BFR can be utilized during 1-on-1 training sessions.
Are you an athlete looking to improve your performance? No matter your skill level or sport, our ATC or Personal Trainer will create a 1-on-1 individualized program, specific to your sport and goals. The goal is to help you become more efficient with your movements, improve imbalances and weaknesses, and increase overall agility and power.

GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS
Do you have a group of teammates that are looking to stay in shape during the off-season? Are you a coach that would like your players to stay conditioned on their off days from practice? Group Training Sessions are a great way to have stay healthy with professionally guided exercises while having fun.

PARKING LOT WORKOUTS FOR RUNNERS
Join us this summer at our Foulk Road location for weekly speed and agility training sessions for runners, guided by our Director of Business Development and Marketing, Erin! Runners of all ages and experience levels are welcome. We encourage you to bring your own exercise mats and weights if you have your own.
Tuesday evenings from 6:00-7:00 pm, beginning June 8th through August 16th.
Rates: $10 per session. Cash preferred!
