SPORTS MASSAGE

Available in Wilmington and HAC only 

Do you want to get your body ready for an upcoming competition? Are you experiencing muscle soreness after a tough workout, game or, race? You may benefit from a 30-minute sports massage to effectively "flush" out any lactic acid in your muscles. Our ATC will meet with you to work out any minor kinks and soreness to get you feeling fresh and ready to go!

Warm-up and recover like never before. The Normatec 2.0 uses dynamic air compression to create a restorative massage that is shown to increase circulation and help you feel refreshed faster.
