Abby earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from DeSales University in 2021 where she gained experience working with patients in the acute care, inpatient, and outpatient clinical settings. Since starting with Elite in 2021, she has completed certifications to dry needle and treat our pelvic health population. Prior to physical therapy, she grew up swimming and continued competing at the Division I level at Lehigh University, where she also earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Health, Medicine, and Society. She uses her knowledge of swimming and passion for the sport to better serve our swim community via physical therapy. Her other areas of interest include yoga, meditation, nutrition and well-being, and travel to diverse cultures. Abby is excited to utilize her passion for movement and growing skill set to help people reach their goals of health and happiness!

Alex attended the University of Pittsburgh and received a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in December 2020. Her years working as an exercise technician at the Elite PT HAC location is what inspired her to pursue a career in physical therapy and return as a Physical Therapist to build her own career. She enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic issues as well as vestibular and concussion-based patients. She is certified in dry needling.

Andrew attended Denison University in Granville, Ohio where he was a varsity soccer player all four years. He graduated in 1984 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. He went on to earn a Master of Science Degree in Sports Medicine in 1986 at the United States Sports Academy in Daphne, Alabama; followed by his Athletic Training Certification in February of 1987. Andrew then pursued and completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware in May of 1990.


Angela is the friendly face you see at the Wilmington Clinic’s front desk. She has been employed with Elite PT since 2019. Angela’s administrative skills, attention to detail, and personality makes her a valuable part of the Elite team. She is so proud of being a part of a team that makes a difference in improving people’s lives. Outside of Elite, Angela is a Wellness Advocate, where she passionately promotes the use of essential oils, is an active member of her church, volunteering for many of their initiatives, and being a lovable aunt to her nieces and nephews.

Chris graduated from the University of Delaware Physical Therapy Program and has been with Elite PT since 2016. He enjoys helping a variety of different patients from high school athletes to individuals following orthopedic procedures/injuries to achieve their fitness/health goals and return to their previous way of life. Chris is TPI(Titleist Performance Institute) certified and eager to help improve your golf mechanics and prevent golf injuries. He also specializes in Vestibular Rehabilitation/Vertigo and is certified in dry needling.

Christian grew up in Garnet Valley, PA where he played soccer and ran track and field throughout high school. He first joined Elite PT in 2018 as a Physical Therapy Tech and continued that role through college. Christian attended Monmouth University for undergrad, competing in cross country and track and field for all four years before earning his Master’s in Athletic Training at the University of South Carolina. During graduate school, he gained hands-on experience with South Carolina’s baseball and track and field teams, local high schools, and in the professional soccer setting with the Philadelphia Union MLS team.

Emilie grew up in the Wilmington, DE area where she attended The Tatnall School for elementary school and highschool. She then went on to complete her bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training at the University of Delaware becoming a certified and licensed ATC. Emilie has since worked in the orthopedic healthcare world since graduating in 2020. Emilie is now pursuing her Masters in Business Administration at the University of Delaware. She joined our team in 2024 as the Director of Marketing and Business Development and is eager to help grow and advance our company.

Erin is a native of Dover, DE whose interest and passion for Physical Therapy originated with her passion for athletics. Erin attended the University of Delaware, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, in 2009, and then went on to earn a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2011. Erin has experience working with a variety of patient populations, ranging from athletes to geriatrics,and as part of the Elite PT team, she especially enjoys being able to use her manual skills and functional dry needling certification to rehabilitate patients.


Janet is a graduate of Wesley University and has worked in the healthcare industry for over 25 years. Janet, an important member of our team assists behind the scenes to tackle insurance verifications and authorizations ensuring the patient has a smooth experience so they can fully focus on their rehab. She and her husband are avid Philadelphia Phillies fans and she enjoys spending time with her family, cycling, reading, and flower and vegetable gardening.


Jennifer joined the front desk team in February of 2020. She became a full-time Front Desk staff member and Insurance Benefits Specialist in March of 2021. She attended the University of Delaware majoring in History with a Journalism Concentration. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, camping, and photography in her spare time. She loves getting to know the patients and assists in keeping a friendly and courteous atmosphere at the front desk.

Jonathan is a licensed Physical Therapist (PT, DPT) with advanced credentials including Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), Certified Orthopaedic Manual Therapist (COMT), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT). Jonathan is currently pursuing a Doctor of Science (DSc) research degree to further strengthen his clinical, educational, and leadership foundation.
Jonathan currently serves as assistant faculty at Widener University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program and at Harrisburg University’s Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science Pathway Program for licensed Physical Therapist Assistants. In both roles, Jonathan contributes to curriculum delivery and student mentorship, helping bridge academic knowledge with clinical application.
Earlier in his career, Jonathan worked as a personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach, experiences that shaped his commitment to movement-based, evidence-informed care and patient empowerment. Jonathan also served for five years as the private physiotherapist and sports manager for His Royal Highness Prince Alwaleed bin Talal. In this role, Jonathan travelled to 47 countries and more than 50 cities, meeting world leaders and innovators including former U.S. President Jimmy Carter and Bill Gates.
Jonathan has developed clinical advancement programs and authored proprietary post-operative rehabilitation protocols for total knee arthroplasty. Jonathan mentors orthopedic residents, student therapists, and early-career clinicians with a focus on real-world application of evidence-based practice.
Jonathan’s professional focus integrates clinical excellence, academic scholarship, team development and a systems-driven approach to improving patient outcomes and organizational performance.

Kristen graduated from the University of Delaware with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2013. In addition to spending time with her husband, children, and dog, she is an avid marathon runner. She enjoys treating runners of all levels, using her knowledge and running experience to help them achieve their goal of completing their first race or setting a new PR. Kristen was voted the Best Physical Therapist, Readers’ Choice Upstate in 2020 for Delaware Today’s very prestigious Best of Delaware Award. She is also certified in dry needling.

Kyle is a dedicated sports physical therapist with a strong background in athletic performance and rehabilitation. A Delaware native, he graduated from Salesianum High School in 2010 and earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a concentration in Kinesiology from the University of Delaware in 2014. He went on to receive his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Widener University in 2017.
Board-certified in Sports Physical Therapy, Kyle combines his clinical expertise with personal experience as an avid runner to provide specialized care for runners of all levels. He is also a certified running coach through the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) and a certified running gait analyst, offering a comprehensive approach to performance optimization and injury prevention.
In addition to his work with runners, Kyle is TPI Certified through the Titleist Performance Institute and brings experience from his time with Major League Baseball’s Cleveland Guardians. He currently serves as a network physical therapist for the U.S. National Soccer Team and is part of the USA Track & Field medical staff.


Lisa Osterlof is the Human Resources Operations Manager for Elite PT. She has been a member of the Elite PT team for many years.. Lisa brings a career of management experience to her role at Elite PT. A native of Northern New Jersey, her husband’s corporate relocation brought Lisa and their family to Delaware 26 years ago. While Lisa has spent 27 years working in corporate positions, she much prefers and loves working for a smaller, more intimate environment, like Elite PT offers. Lisa very much enjoys working in the medical field where she feels she can make a more positive contribution. Lisa is very family-oriented and Elite PT offers the flexibility for her to be able to travel to visit her family in Santa Monica, CA. Lisa has 2 sons with 2 lovely daughters-in-law as well as 4 grandchildren who keep her young at heart.

Marcellus is a certified and licensed Athletic Trainer from Camden, New Jersey who received his undergraduate degree in Health Science from Rutgers Camden in 2018. He went on to earn his Masters of Athletic Training at Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 2022. Marcellus worked as a graduate student with Elite PT in Spring of 2022. In addition, he worked Division I basketball at Indiana State University from 2022 to 2023 as well as Division I football at Indiana State University in 2023. Marcellus has an extensive background in childhood education and mentorship, in addition to community service.Â

Mark grew up in Wilmington, DE attending Salesianum High School. He went on to graduate from the University of Delaware Physical Therapy Program. Mark started at Elite PT in 2012 and became a Junior Partner in 2020. Mark grew up playing soccer, basketball, and baseball but has gained an appreciation for all recreational activities while treating at Elite PT. He incorporates his training in dry needling and movement analysis to reduce pain and improve his patients’ ability to return to their lifestyles. Mark loves treating patients in a community that means so much to him and he looks forward to continuing growing the company.

Megan graduated from Widener University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in May 2022. Megan previously worked as an exercise technician at Elite PT and returned as a physical therapist in 2025. She has additionally worked in acute and subacute rehab, specializing in neurological rehabilitation, geriatric care, and vestibular therapy. Megan enjoys using her training to help patients reach their highest level of function and quality of life.

Mirthe is originally from Wilmington, DE and happy to be working in the community she grew up in. Mirthe graduated with her Bachelor’s degree from Elizabethtown College where she also played Division III lacrosse. She then went on to graduate with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Widener University in 2023. In addition, Mirthe coaches the Tatnall high school girls lacrosse team where she enjoys working closely with young athletes. Mirthe enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic and sports injuries and is excited to help athletes reach their full potential.


 Nayra Reyes is one of the friendly faces you will find at our Hockessin location front desk. Nayra has worked in the healthcare industry for years. . During her free time she enjoys working out at the HAC as well as playing with her dog Peanut. Nayra is always up for trying new things.


Shelley began working for Elite PT in 2017. She loves working at Elite PT because the patients always make her smile. Shelley attended Mary Washington College majoring in education and human relations. She lived in Annapolis for 15 years where she was Controller for Historic Inns of Annapolis for 14 years. Upon moving back to Delaware, she worked in a medical office as a patient liaison and then front office supervisor for 26 years.


Terri joined Elite in March, 2023 as a front desk staff member, having worked at her previous job for 37 years, she came to Elite PT with experience, dedication, and commitment. Her outgoing personality and love for helping others makes her a great asset to our team! In her free time, Terri loves spending time with her husband, visiting with family, and relaxing with a good book.

Trevor grew up in Hockessin, DE where he attended Sanford School and his passion for Athletic Training and Physical Therapy began. He graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training, Master’s in Anatomy and Clinical Health Sciences, and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Trevor has experience with Delaware Football, Lacrosse, Track and Field, Temple football, and spent two summers working for the Seattle Seahawks. He continues to use his skillset to help athletes return to sports and for all his patients to return to an active lifestyle.


Yaritza Hash has worked in the medical field in a patient services environment for the past several years. Due to her experience, Yaritza is able to contribute in helping patients from an administrative perspective, ensuring they have the best experience with Elite PT. Yaritza is married and is raising a child who is autistic who is the inspiration of her life. Â
